Things dads ask before buying.

I have not lifted in years. Will any of these work for me?
Yes. Every program scales. Pick A Program has a Track C designed for minimum equipment. Dad Foundation Stack includes a Substitution Playbook for injuries. D1 Dad University walks you through how to assess where you are before you start.
How much time do I actually need per week?
Three to four sessions, 30 to 45 minutes each. If your week blows up, the Substitution Playbook shows you how to compress to a single 20-minute session and still make progress.
What if I have an old injury?
Every program includes movement substitutions. Dad Foundation Stack has a dedicated Substitution Playbook covering knee, low back, shoulder, hip. Coming back from a serious injury, the coaching tier of D1 Dad U is the right call.
Do I need a gym membership?
No. Pick A Program Track B works with home dumbbells. Track C works with bands and bodyweight. The Dad Foundation Stack and D1 Dad U both include equipment-free options.
I have done programs before and quit. Why is this different?
Because every program here assumes life will get in the way. The Substitution Playbook, the Mobility Flow, the Contingency Plans built into D1 Dad U exist because the dads who stay consistent are the ones who plan for disruption.
Refund policy?
Pick A Program and Dad Foundation Stack: 14-day no-questions money back. D1 Dad University: 14-day money back as long as you have completed fewer than 5 lessons. Coaching tier: non-refundable once your custom program is built.
