How much time per week?

What if I have an old injury?
Every program includes substitutions. Dad Foundation Stack has a dedicated Substitution Playbook covering knee, low back, shoulder, hip.
Do I need a gym?
No. Track B works with home dumbbells. Track C works with bands and bodyweight.
Refund policy?
